Products and Services - Residential Local Telephone Service

New Residential Local Telephone Service

Our Residential Local Telephone Service is provided anywhere in Ontario and Quebec but our focus is on the National Capital Region at this time. For our basic Residential Local Telephone Service we charge a one-time $65.00 activation fee, $25.00 for your first month, $25.00 for a last month on deposit, plus applicable taxes. Then $25.00 each month thereafter, plus applicable taxes.

Transfer Residential Local Telephone Service to Mondenet

You may at any time transfer your Residential Local Telephone Service from your current provider to us. Just fill in the Transfer Request form for us to process. There is a one-time $25.00 transfer fee, $25.00 for your first month, $25.00 for a last month on deposit, plus applicable taxes. Then $25.00 each month thereafter, plus applicable taxes.

Notes:
1. Basic Monthly Service includes 911. The CRTC has instructed us to tell you this. Basic Monthly Service Rate applies to most areas in the National Capital Region. Rates may be higher in other areas. Contact the sales manager for further details.
2. A Last Month on Deposit is charged for all monthly phone services equal to the current monthly rate plus any other monthly charges such as features.
3. If this is a new main service or an additional or extra line being installed then an inside wiring service charge applies. If a technician is required to do any inside wiring work or any work at all inside the home or on the client side of the demarcation point an inside wiring service charge applies.
4. Any feature is $8.00 per month such as Call Answer, Call Display, Call Waiting. Other features available. call for details
5. If you wish to have a special number with up to the last seven digits specified there is an additional service charge for this lookup. There is no guarantee you will get the number requested and there is no refund on this charge. You may specify if you wish to proceed with the service only if you get the number or if you will accept an alternate number which may otherwise be assigned. In either case, there is no refund on the charges.
6. Any payment returned to Mondenet by any of our banks as either insufficient funds, chargebacks, or for any other reason shall be assessed an NSF Fee of $100.00 plus GST.

You may add or remove features to your line at any time. Just ask our sales manager for details.
